Even by Donald Trump's standards, this has been a bad week. The Donald's foot is permanently planted in his mouth, so it's not unusual for him to say something egregious or stupid. But he's on quite a roll lately.

First, he cavalierly dismissed the Geneva Conventions, the foundation of international laws concerning the humane treatment of all soldiers. "The problem," Trump said, "is we have the Geneva Conventions, all sorts of rules and regulations, so the soldiers are afraid to fight. We can't waterboard, but they can chop off heads. I think we've got to make some changes." To even suggest this is both absurd and an indication of how ill-prepared Trump is for the job.

Trump then went on a conservative Wisconsin radio show (a crucial state in the primary race) and courageously told the truth about Gov. Scott Walker's neoliberal nightmare: "But you had a $2.2 billion budget deficit and the schools were going begging and everything was going begging because he [Walker] didn't want to raise taxes because he was going to run for president. So instead of raising taxes he cut back on schools, he cut back on highways, cut back on a lot of things. And that's why...Wisconsin has a problem."

This isn't wrong, but telling inconvenient truths to a Republican audience never ends well. To challenge the no-tax Gospel in this way is pure heresy in conservative circles – it's as dangerous as professing belief in science. Yet Trump did just that, knowing it would alienate this wing of the party.

Trump also fumbled his attempts to neutralize the story about his campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, who was charged with simple battery for an altercation with a reporter earlier this month. The wise move is to dismiss Lewandowski. At the very least, though, Trump could've remained impartial while the process played itself out. Instead, he questioned the character of the reporter who was roughed up by Lewandowski.

The biggest blunder of the week was Trump's exchange with MSNBC's Chris Matthews. Asked whether abortion should be punished, Trump initially dodged the question, saying "it's a very serious problem and it's a problem we should decide on." But then he promptly reinserted foot in mouth and added that "There has to be some form of punishment" for women who have abortions.

Even in the Republican Party, this is a preposterous position. It's the kind of remark that ensures he has no chance of winning a general election. The largest demographic in the country is women – there is no pathway to the nomination without their support. According to the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll, three-quarters of women now view Trump unfavorably. That number alone all but guarantees a landslide defeat for Trump in November. To threaten women with punishment in this way will only exacerbate his problem.

It's pretty awful however I gotta say that Trump is discussing what should be the most important issue of the campaign :  the US must radically reduce defense spending and pull back its commitments globally.

In about 7 years, projections say there will be no federal revenue left for anything except entitlements and interest on the debt. If there is a recession, it will happen much faster.  The idea of promising all sorts of changes and benefits is absurd because the money won't be there - except more borrowing or just printing it.

A number of cities and states will probably go bankrupt and Congress just passed legislation to prevent bailouts because they can see it coming from impossible pension obligations. The government will be trying to borrow money from China so that they can threaten them militarily.

Cut military spending now and start fixing infrastructure.

By the time you read this, presumptive GOP nominee and anthropomorphic zeppelin disaster Donald Trump will be a handful of days into the three-week deadline imposed by Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) to "fix" his campaign, or else ... what, exactly? That's the thing. There is no "or else." Unless you believe the GOP can pull off some sort of convention heist, Corker's demand is a toothless one.

Here's the thing: Even if Trump were a soulful, honey-tongued angel of decorum — heck, even if he wasn't the sort of person who thought that an unfolding national tragedy was an apt time to wrongheadedly gloat — there would still be a lot to "fix" in such a short time.

Beyond the too-casual racism, the blanket ignorance of policy, and the stunning tone-deafness of his actions, multiple reports out this week paint a clear picture of a campaign with insufficient infrastructure and strategies for the general election that are — if we're being charitable — dafter than a drunken mallard. On this week's First To Last, we round up the many ways the Trump organization is bafflingly unready for primetime.

I do think its concerning..

We are seeing quite a few more, what I think seem a bit extreme cases where I see as ridiculous situations being suggested or such things being brought in...and one wonders are they getting worse and worse..

Many a time I think they start doing such things subtly and then start to gradually increase them in terms of how ridiculous that they will try to get away with..

and I think they have achieved many a thing and the public no longer question it..

We have had some problems in France with Football Euro Competition and there was trouble between the Russian , French and England fans..

One young U.K guy threw a pint of beer in a PLASTIC POT  at someone either at the event or as a spectator somewhere in a pub... and he has been arrested and given 2 months prison sentence..

If it would had been a glass pot, I may have agreed had it damaged someone...

but 2 months for a plastic pot...

they are making a real eg of him...

and it seems now making many a pathetic set of rules that they want people to oblige by ..and often also bring in laws without us even knowing..

Being born and raised as a usa citizen some 60+ years ago we had a very different set of MORALS, LAWS, and what SOCIETY would accept as OK. ! ! ! !
