There are some exciting claims in regard to a drug called Nilotinib - for Parkinson's, Huntington's, Alzheimers, you name it if it involves junky proteins in nerve cells.  I have no experience with this or medical background, however I take an empirical view of life....... and who knows?  I do strongly believe that any drug which triggers macroautophagy could be HUGE with regard to fending off aging and associated diseases.
