An Ex M16 Officer that I am aware of, posted this on a website that I visit..and seemed to be rather concerned about it..


Taking a measured view, the German official position looks sensible and defensive and may not indicate an immediate crisis, however the very fact that they would take such a position means they are on the same hymn sheet as myself and the data I have sight of. This should not be underestimated. The Germans are very conservative people not given to drama and the very fact that they would issue such a directive is a very clear indicator of how serious they take the possible and various situations. They built new bunkers some years ago not for military defence but in case of a 'natural disaster' quote/unquote. According to a report by German broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW), citing the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung newspaper, the move would be the first of its kind since the end of the Cold War.
The proposal is reportedly contained in a government civil-defense-strategy document, which says that people should stock 10 days worth of food and a sufficient supply of water, energy, money and medicine that would allow them to stay put long enough for the government to respond. If this statement was from the Americans I would take it as no more than "Business as usual" but from Germany this is very, very unusual

The German government is planning to tell citizens to stockpile food and water in their homes in case of a terror attack or catastrophe.

The "Concept for Civil Defence," which has not been released, will require the population to stockpile enough food for ten days, according to Frankfurter Allgemmeine Sonntagszeitung (FAZ) newspaper.

Citizens would also be required to stock enough water for five days.

Measures have been announced this month by the government to invest more on its police and security forces including creating a special unit to fight cyber crime and terrorism.

In the UK we tend to avoid this type of stuff to avoid creating fear in the population and preventing panic.

The events being the terrorist attacks? I disagree, the population doesn't need to have water for 5 days because some guy killed half a dozen people, it doesn't make sense.

I posted the initial article video but have yet to  watch the video...

Judging by one or two of the replies... it may not be clear as to what may create such a possible situation.

What I will say is this is within the time frame that I referred to in one of my Stock Market warning posts.

I referred to we may see a possible top in the Markets between July and August...

So far the Dow Jones has made two main tops in this time frame...July 20th and August 15th...

It has since sold off and recently broke thru a longer term initial support level  that had occurred in this period that may suggest that the market is soon to decline...

My analysis says its make or break in the next few days..... There is a US Holiday around Sept 5th...
that often the Market will hold up to...when topping around this time frame in past years when we have seen crashes occur in From August or early September  1929  as a major eg..

So far the market is copying another past cycle very closely and that went on to have a severe decline from Late August until December...

I think this year may copy it unless we see it break back above the August 15th high of 18670 on the Dow Jones...

I did have other cycle dates for Aug 11th,  18th and  24th as tops.. There was other tops made on the  11th, 18th and the last main one on  Aug 23rd..a day earlier than I expected..

A analysts that I follow refers to Aug 26th to 30th as being most likely....

we may see the market hold up to next week.. if it does not break down overnight or later today...

If the markets crash in the next 2 weeks.... that may create mass panic...that may refer to what is being indicated...

My Next main cycles range from JULY 15th, 25th and early August..6th/8th.

Another expert that I follow is suggesting between Aug 26th to 30th then Sept 26th and Oct 20th as being major sell off dates..

The initial post came from that Spook that I refer to..

One of the last posts in the prior post I made refers to Angela Merkal that I thought may have been related to the initial post if she had been targeted for an attempted assassination...

Someone else who I follow has just announced that the warning given by Germany is or was not a threat due to terrorists as we may envision..but  that it is in ref to Germany fearing an attack threat from the USA and that it also applies to other European Countries...

Czechoslovakia has also given the same warning.

and London, England's Financial center is also a target.

He suggest that its likely to have been False flag attacks  from US on Germany and Czechoslovakia and the UK and maybe other Countries.

I think that Russia and China, as allies, may end up dominating the earth for a simple reason.  They may be the last nations in existence by default.

The West is bizarrely obsessed with eliminating borders, citizenship, common national languages and religion and anything else that's part of national cultures.  The USA has been held together by economic mobility and respect for the Bill of Rights. Both of those are eroding.
