im  in east Birmingham , not far from Nottingham ,but the final point of the triangle is crucial to find the middle .. I drive so its fairly easy for me to get anywhere..

A police car went through a red light and I smashed into the side of it a few months back.  The bike frame was a write off and damaged my back but not too seriously.  They have had the cheek to send an insurance claim to me lol

I think I need to get a damages claim in.  How do I prove they went through a red light though

difficult without pictures was there any CCtv about ?
sounds like my incident , knocked off my bike backwards onto my back, fortunately I had a broken laptop in a rucksack on it , which was also rolled into the cost.. got a good bike too , those that drive without insurance seem a little more compliant than those that do , this guy was begging me not to ring the police , sad to see really

in texas the cops would just say something like the  cctv wasnt workingvor was defective for that exact 5 seconds.the games so frickn rigged.thats why i say,everybody whos not a cop deserves a disability check, just for putting up with and being handicapped by cops.

I'm expecting similar.  They won't be able to claim off me because of it but I expect they will find a way to not pay me.

A mate of mine says the police car must have had its on board camera on.  It had its flashing lights on  (but not sirens which is why I didn't know it was coming)

I need to do something about it now they are asking me for money.


They will say they don't have the footage, which means they can't contest what I say and game over for both sides.

what about the body cameras they're wearing these days ?
or were they off too ?

sounds like your fighting against a tide of bullshit here , without some independent nearby cameras.. shop maybe or pub carpark with line of sight ?

i tried requesting camera footage last time in hearing ,so they delayed past 6 months .then said footage is wiped after 6 months.rigged bs.

could there be paint on the bike? from the car.
plus i would right a letter telling them to get friged.this would probably get you a trial of some sort ,but a jury would hear it out and see the cops lying.then use winning that case as your defense in lawsuit against them.

the sad part is now you are on their stalking list.

thats why i say cops are no different then a person saying please calm down as i put this bullet in your head.

just polite murder.he may be a killer but at least hes a gentleman about it.

No witnesses stopped so I reckon they will pretend they have no footage.  It's their  fault so are they likely to admit it?  I'll be surprised.
