I don't know how this may compare to anything else that may have been released before.

On a initial browse, it looks to have some quite indepth content to it..but some being parts that we maybe familiar with.

Its just wondering how it may compare and trying to gain some understanding behind it...and does it offer certain useful knowledge to those who maybe more familiar with the deeper technical side to it..

It's very dated stuff as to speculative science from the '50's.  However, the real answer from the Tall Whites will involve a sort of centrifugal force/precession of photons with miles of fiber that surrounds their craft. Reading descriptions of the TR triangle with spinning mercury plasma might be similar.
