Apparently a black truck just plowed into a market in front of a church, that is also a local landmark, in Berlin, Germany.

According to the above, it looks like it was deliberate, and that there have been multiple injuries.  Some other reports are suggesting fatalities as well.  Presumably it will be attributed to ISIS of course; but I'll be interested to see if any information surfaces about who is actually responsible.  Germany is already in a fairly severe state of Islamophobic freakout as it is, from what little I've read; the last thing that country needs is anyone fanning the flames.

High profile target?  Check.

Multiple casualties?  Check.

Close to a time of great emotional importance for many, to maximise psychological impact?  Check.

I'll take a wild guess here, and assume that this was another case of Agent Smith outsourcing, as usual.
