Maybe due to the change in Presidency.

But I think it maybe hard to really say in how Donald Trump may relate to the CIA...and that will depend if he was able to be a legit President or if he is just working for the Shadow Government...or N.W.O if they exist and still would  have power over him...

It maybe that the CIA were able to get away with more when Obama was in...and maybe they fear Trump and had decided to release some information prior to him later challenging them...

Although I doubt really that D.T would be able to really know very much as to what may really go on in that area..unless he has other connections that may want to look into the subject in more depth and question things that may had made it harder for the CIA to had covered up..

Makes you wonder, why now and why such a huge release?

Ive been thinking this since day one.
Heres my theories,
Watch the other hand,
Trump was talking in code and the cia is about to be dismantled as theres no more minerals to rip off,
Doom is officially on because the ice age cometh,
Doom is officially on because yellowstone will soon erupteth,
The ufos and fusion are about to be released to the public,
Its 13million pages of gibberish and snowden reports of stuff we already knew,
We really are going to turn into isolationist,
Robo crashed their computers and so the whole systems trash anyways,
They had a feeling of guilt come over them and said what the hell,
They are all hooked on lsd from a pallet full they found in the basement next to hoffas frozen body,
It would cost too much to shred it all,
Nobody can ever go through that many documents and figure out what we are doing,
Its all their fake propaganda and they didnt need it anyway.

Agreed  This has been in the works for some time; instead of idle speculations about why it was done, how about actually looking at the material and see if there is any worthy material there...
