Hey getting back Ultra Running, I was so happy to see Ryan Sandes win the Western States 100

I see so many other sport's talk about age and how they are done by 30... Nah a 35 yo just won the WS100.  I see older people win these event's all the time.  It's about motivation, not the age of the muscle

What about those sprays used for cramps? They are very cold and usually have menthol, that I suppose a dog wouldn't like to have on its nose.

I suppose those are not illegal, specially for someone doing some exercise.
