i don't particularly want a matriarchal society or a patriarchal one.  i thought the egyptians at least tried to get that part right.  i'd prefer if they would just stop beating the war drums, most of it race or religion/non-religion related, and start actually telling the truth.

"The truth"

Do You consume animals and vegatables?
Do YOU kill them to TAKE their life force???
WELL???

i don't but i do consume the results of someone else doing so.  yesterday i noticed an ant on the bathroom floor, apparently had reached the end of its life course and could not flip back over. it was on its back. it struggled like crazy. i felt bad for it but didn't want to kill it, so i left it there. an hour later, i go back in there and the ant is still alive. i decide i should remove it and put it outside, i picked it up with a piece of toilet paper and it accidentally fell into the furry rug by the toilet. i tried to pick it up again with the toilet paper and apparently it was grasping rug fibers with it's backlegs.  the end result was not pretty.  i actually cried over killing the ant, cause i was trying to save it.

in the video game i'm playing at the moment, i'm killing fictitious thingies called "dust stormers."  they are "elementals".
when i sit down i squish a few million dust mites.   my immune system annihilates germs, bacteria and virii.  of course, as far as i know, i didn't invent this body system, i just try to manage it.

why?

"WHY" ...to survive( animal)
To experience....the real YOU.
YOU have experienced what it is like to kill an ant.
YOU will report this to the even higher YOU via DMT.
You crave novelty( hence the games)
You are Me, as I am He, as YOU are him.

I do things like that too. There was a butterfly in the water near my boat... It was still alive, I thought it only right to help if I could, thinking it is a living being and if I were in it's position I would of course want the help.

It was funny, because I had to look around to make sure no one was looking... I didn't want anyone seeing a grown man trying to save a butterfly.

Now I went to great length to do all this...find something to put under the butterfly in the water so as not to injure it and/or lose anymore of the powder on it's wings etc... leaning out in precarious position to retrieve it etc.

So I saved the butterfly... Put it on the deck in the sun so it's wings could dry... Watched it carefully thinking hmm, looks like it's going to be fine. It finally righted itself... wings moving & drying... I was all proud of myself.

I left the deck for awhile and went about my business. When I came back, the wind had knocked the little guy back into the water and this time it was a ways below the surface, swirling around in the current. I looked down in frustration thinking, really God, are you serious?

I remember thinking, well all things die, I guess it was just it's turn.

We all die... at least from this form, from this life. I have no fear of dying... but rather that when I go, I will no longer be here, I will be somewhere else. Once there, I won't be able to come back here in this life, and I have things that I'd like to do here before I go.

I can go there anytime, and am in fact heading there quickly enough.

BTW... that video was right on.

The wife and I were discussing this earlier.

The Great Circle of Accountability...

1. The Jewish leaders wanted Jesus dead, but couldn't do it themselves. They went to the Romans and phrased things in a way so as to push the Romans to do it.

2. The Romans didn't want to do it so they escaped by leaving it to the people.

3. The people knew that if they chose Jesus over Barabbas then they would have to deal with The Jewish leaders, Romans & Roman Cops...

So who was responsible?

My answer is All of them.

Have things really changed so much in all this time? Seems to me like the same games are still being played, just with more people involved.

Yeah... It takes courage to part from monkey thinking?

There is a Lesson in this for You as these things do NOT involve the imaginations
of the human Species, nor religion or Philosophy of the Human Species.   :D

This World is NOT about what most believe it to be, and can't understand most things,
so either Guess, assume, or they turn against The LIFE experiencing all species.

QuoteI remember thinking, well all things die, I guess it was just it's turn.

Yes that is a human understanding but is that really what it is about?

QuoteWe all die... at least from this form, from this life.
I have no fear of dying... but rather that when I go, I will no longer be here, I will be somewhere else.
Once there, I won't be able to come back here in this life, and I have things that I'd like to do here before I go.

I used to think this way in my younger years in the early 1970's.

But I the experienced Death. (Found Death was a human Myth.)

I was pronounced Dead (Legally by a Doctor) then returned again, some + 30 minutes later.

So I no Longer need to guess about dying so called.

Read my Forum "Processing System"/ 0001 Coming to know the Origin of this Universe. No religion involved.

This outlines the experience regarding Dying.

Later "Fear" set in realizing I couldn't die.

But then Understanding came and I No Longer fear NOT being able to die.

So its NOT a matter of fearing Death but rather of NOT being able to Die
and what happens next NOT involving guess work or human belief.

So Later I was able to Understand and accept eternal LIFE.

Regarding The ancient Christian writings... Quote;

Quote10.  Jesus said, "I have cast fire upon the world,
and see, I am guarding it until it blazes."

11.  Jesus said, "This heaven will pass away,
and the one above it will pass away.

The dead are not alive,
and the living will not die.

In the days when you consumed what is dead,
you made it what is alive.

When you come to dwell in THE LIGHT, what will you do?

Regarding this part of the text see below..  Quote;

QuoteIn the days when you consumed what is dead,
you made it what is alive.

It was added in by the "Scribes".

NOTE; It is out of Place with regard to the rest of the text and contradicts other areas
of this writing as well as other texts.

Captain Dave

I have known many who have passed from this realm of existence. They are not here where I am - they are passed through a door to another place. Their body is buried in the Earth.

The Matrix Traveller

But many, many, return.

The world is NOT a "Test" for Monkeys or "Primates, as many would have you believe.

Its about LIFE, and The "Processing Construct" which displays your Experiences.   :D

If LIFE knows ALL things, why would it need to "Test" anything,
as It would already know the Outcome, seeing that LIFE knows ALL things.   :D

So the world is NOT according to Monkey thinking now is it ?

Its about Something Quite different !

The Matrix Traveller

Funny how "Monkey" or "Primate" want's to be First in everything ?

Especially when only a "Program" or Story...  :D

Our attention should be on LIFE the FIRST Priority NOT the "Flesh",
"Monkey" or "Primate", as was taught in Ancient times.

Undo11, Why? Me thinks the answer to that question (if there is one) is very dependent, and variable, upon who is responding, and their individual understandings, and belief systems.

As humans, we absolutely can take ourselves down every thought process, and just accept or reject what our mind is presented. This innate ability is really a great thing, except, unbridled and unguided, it can take us completely away from reality, and into areas of "weird and confused". There are so many "tangents" in what I would term "normal life", keeping straight definitely needs attention, but, when dealing with the fields of "strange", I think we can get derailed even more easily.

Even on a discussion forum like this, everyone is different, with not just a few being "very different". That can be good for us, with each presenting their views on each subject, but, it can become bad for us, if we cannot, or if we refuse, to differentiate between what is "reality", what is "posi-reality", and what is "fairy tale/make believe". What makes this even more difficult is that sometimes "reality" can look/seem pretty weird, while at other times the "fairy tale" can just make us feel good.

So, at times, it can get pretty difficult to stay "straight", especially when there is significant emphasis leading us otherwise - maybe more-so today, than ever before.

Undo11, like you, I have a soft heart too. I have a distaste for killing animals for sport, although I have in the past. But, there is a reason animals and fish are here, and most all of them are in the food chain, of other animals (even the animals know that), and/or of humans. That is simply a part of life on this planet, as it has always existed. Regarding "ants", well, you cry when one dies, and the Ant Eater eats all he can find. And I, because the fire ants here in Texas are everywhere, and leave a sore on me when one stings me, I kill them by the thousands at a time, in their mounds. They can be extremely dangerous for many elements of our lives including people, children  and livestock (of which I have none).

Most people (adults) are intelligent enough to know a "Pied Piper" when we see one. On the other hand, a "wolf in sheep's clothing" can be hard to discern. That is why it is so important for us to "find that solid rock", and for us "to stay grounded with and in it", regardless of what may come our way. Then we don't have to be bothered with some of the really "nitnoy stuff", like whether ants live or die, or whether there are actual aliens or not, or, whether there is "actually gravity" or not.

There are some things that we should just KNOW, and we should stand on those things, while listening to and dealing with things that don't fit that description. Stand firm in your own mind, and just don't be bothered by that other stuff!!!

All IMVHO!  ;)

thanks for the advice.  alot of smart people here.  one of the things that bug me about all this, is i see people every day,  on the internet, complaining about christians or christianity.  christians are blamed for stuff other people did, including everything in the old testament.   i got news for them, not only was i not here to make choices on the things i'm being blamed for, neither were my parents, grandparents, great grandparents, and probably great great grandparents, and who knows the extent of options they had during those times?

christians are blamed because they're still human and do dumb things, like everybody else.  christians are blamed for being hypocrites and from where i'm standing, that seems to be an universal short coming of people in general, so why christians in particular?  this reminds me of the "kick me" sign taped to george mcfly's back and it has  long since lost its comedy value.

Another simple but challenging thought Undo! You are right about the never ending attack on Christians, and Christianity in general. On the basis of the Bible, and the Christian faith, the conflict you describe started in the Garden of Eden, with the lying serpent, and continues throughout to now, and will until the end of the end-time, which is near at hand!

Christians are an easy mark, because the very name "Christian" is almost like the "mark of the beast", and is inflammatory to many around the world. Loving others is what being a Christian is supposed to be all about. And, yet, as you say, often times the human part of the Christian fails to exhibit that element of God's love, and thus opening the doors to the never ending attacks is seen as being a common fault. Even with our faults, yet God still loves us (all people) unconditionally, even while we were/are not committed Christian members of his "family". In this, lies the "solid foundation" of "life"!

Just KNOW the world is going to continue the attacks, but the "world" doesn't win this "fight"! We know how the story ends, with a new beginning! So, don't sweat the small stuff!
