The undersides of the objects appeared to reflect the city lights. As they passed over, the Walgren's described hearing "a hollow, rustling sound, like an air blast in an empty barrel."

It also reminded the witness of a brightly faceted stone, such as a diamond seen under a brilliant light.

The object seemed to be following the contours of the terrain below it, dipping or bobbing up and down in an irregular pattern as it passed over small hills and mountains 500 to 1,000 feet high.

It was in view approximately 60 to 70 seconds.

One object flew straight and level, a second object then appeared, flying a left to right "protective" maneuver from side-to-side like an escort fighter over the first craft

Lieutenant Stewart piloted B-29 bombers during the war and had considerable experience as a flyer. He conveyed authority to Intelligence officers when questioned, stating that the objects were "unlike any conventional type of aircraft he had ever seen."

My counter argument:

OK, lets take a look.

If Aliens were that concerned about Atmoic energy, they would not have allowed the bombs to be detonated in 1945.

"They" (if they exist) may not have known we existed until we detonated a nuke.  That may have alerted galactic neighbours to Earth reaching a certain level of development.

They would not have waited two more years before trying to intimidate us out of atomic energy.

It may have taken two years to respond to the alert.

If they were that 'advanced' they would not have 'crashed' at Roswell.

You do not know how advanced "they" are.  Our technology may well have surprised them.  No matter how advanced a technology is, it can only deal with what it is designed to.

I do not think the only people who could have this technology is ET.

We don't have absolute proof of anything from chatting on forums.  What do you mean by proof?  We have no proof of most things.  What do you say is proof?  The accounts of Byrds expedition are far more ropey.

After then starting to feel a bit disappointed about Phil having made such a story up...

I was later VERY surprised to learn that he did infact later go on to witness with Ron Rummel ..the Saucers at Area 51 that Bob Lazar and our A51 Watcher have said to have witnessed...

That gave me back some credibility into Phil, at least in terms that it does seem he had at least witnessed something unique in terms of the UFO / ET connection...

Then Both Ron and Phil both ended up with similar endings...that I do find very disturbing

The Dulce story was BS.  That does not mean there is no underground base somewhere near there.  There is a lot of smoke and mirrors surrounding real secret projects or cover ups of real sensitive accidents or secret science projects.

I think there are areas where nukes were tested underground and they wanted to keep folks away.  They were also testing the animal tissues in the area to see the effects of radioactive tests - hence the mutilations.

ETA:  There was probably a lot more to it but there is a couple of interesting possibilities

I do not disagree with your comments,

I think that from what I was informed that yes Phil's story was made up by him for whatever means...maybe so he could go around events getting paid for his story..and making good money from it..

BUT with regards to Dulce itself...I have seen other suggestions of quite a lot of unusual sightings / activity around the area and other stories that may suggest that Dulce could be an underground base of some sort....Whether it is to do with anything other than say Nuke testings etc...such as Holding ETs or not is hard to say...

BUT I have come across a similar story of a similar base claim to Phil's suggestions in the UK....

Now whether this has been invented along the lines of What Phil S suggested or not.. or if its genuine is presently not possible to say...

But the theory or suggestion if truth is certainly something that would be quite mind blowing ...

My thoughts are if ET is here in any way...I do  not see why it could not be possible...

BUT what these bases may actually be up to.. that could be a major concern to the Human race ! and terribly frightening....
