Foreign Troops Preparing? David Ells - 7/17/13

A friend sent this to me today with the following note: I did a little more work on Russian troop sightings and reports in areas southeast of Knoxville. See attachment.

Looks like you will get the Russians augmenting American forces for civil suppression. That is relatively good news for you folks. The people on the West Coast get the Chinese. They won't be as nice about it.

Please read the following and draw your own conclusions.
All this is scheduled to happen by October 1st.

> 15,000 Russians in Baltimore by October 1st.

> 82% of our combat forces and their supply elements out of CONUS by October 1st.

> FEMA purchase orders for over $14.2 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Region III by October 1st.

> FEMA purchase orders for 22 million pouches of emergency water to be delivered to region III by October 1st.

> FEMA purchase orders for $13.6 million for MREs and heater meals to be delivered to Austin by October 1st.

> Nine-week training course for UN Peacekeepers in CONUS to learn Urban Warfare, English, and US weapons systems beginning 4th week of July for 386,000 troops to be completed by October 1st.

> $11 million in antibiotics to be delivered to FEMA region III by October 1st ordered by CDC.

> World Health Organization held second emergency meeting in its history to discuss WHO | Coronavirus infections. Determined a vaccine MUST be in place by October 1st.

> ?2,800 MRAPs must be delivered to DHS by October 1st.

> All National Guard units will complete riot control and disaster assistance training during this years annual two week training. All units MUST have their training complete by September 30th.

> Daily testing of the Emergency Broadcast System to begin on September 25th and run thru October 2nd.

> Eastern-based Coast Guard units to perform massive group training, usually performed in the Gulf, in the Virginia and Delaware areas. This is a 10-day training mission to begin September 26th.

> A sidenote to ponder: For the first time in the history of the United Nations, the Secretary General addresses the Assembly, a speech that was broadcast live to over 60 nations, to inform the assembly that while we are dealing with what appears to be two global crises -- extreme climate change and financial downturns -- the governments of the world are working together to resolve the issues before they reach catastrophic proportions. In other words, he addresses the Assembly and the world just to say everything is going to be okay.

Here, so far as I can tell, the "official sources" trail goes cold, because apparently Jess Bratton was on vacation or something and the FEMA Web site doesn't say a word about this meeting. Go search their site.

From the Russian source, we have news of yet another "protocol" agreement that involves "exchang[ing] experts during joint rescue operations in major disasters" and "U.S.-Russian cooperation . . . in 2013-2014? to include "provision of security at mass events."

Not a word in there about 15,000 Russian troops, though.

Where did that come from? So far as I can tell (and this is linked in Lisa Jennings' ViralRead article) the earliest mention of this is at a site called the European Union Times on June 27:

An unsettling report prepared by the Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) circulating in the Kremlin today on the just completed talks between Russia and the United States in Washington D.C. says that the Obama regime has requested at least 15,000 Russian troops trained in disaster relief and "crowd functions" [i.e. riot control] be pre-positioned to respond to FEMA Region III during an unspecified "upcoming" disaster.
According to this report, this unprecedented request was made directly to Minister Vladimir Puchkov by US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Director Janet Napolitano who said these Russian troops would work "directly and jointly" with her Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of whose mission is to secure the continuity of the US government in the event of natural disasters or war. . . .

That article is bullshit, so far as I can tell. It links to a seemingly legitimate Russian news site's report about the U.S.-Russian meeting, but that article says nothing at all about a report "circulating in the Kremlin" or Janet Napolitano requesting 15,000 Russian troops.  The EU Times (bullshit) article also says this:

FEMA Region III, the area Russian troops are being requested for, includes Washington D.C. and the surrounding States of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia, "strongly suggesting" that the Obama regime has lost confidence in its own military being able to secure its survival should it be called upon to do so.

We have zero official sources for this, and good luck finding any mainstream news organization — Associated Press, Washington Post, Reuters, etc. — that has even taken notice of the June 25 U.S.-Russian meeting which (a) we know actually happened, based on a statement from the Russian agency, but which (b) apparently wasn't considered important enough to merit a press release from FEMA.

By the way, how can I be so sure this EU Times story is bullshit? Because if you keep reading, it goes off into a bunch of paranoid stuff about Edward Snowden and Michael Hastings, a problem that I tried to warn people about weeks ago (see "Hope, Fear and Michael Hastings," The American Spectator, June 21).

You've got emotionally disturbed hysterics like Glenn Greenwald deliberately stoking the flames beneath a boiling cauldron of paranoia — and being treated like serious journalists for so doing — yet it is impossible to say that any particular far-fetched fear is unfounded, because what we were promised would be "the most transparent administration in history" is in fact so opaque that everything they do looks like a conspiratorial cover-up.

(Incidentally, the White House press office still has not replied to my requests for information about the Benghazi attack.)

Fear and Loathing have become so pervasive, as I noted last week, that some people are starting to take Barrett Brown seriously. In this kind of paranoid environment, it becomes difficult for people to distinguish real threats from imaginary dangers. If a Web site says Janet Napolitano has requested 15,000 Russian troops to defend the D.C. region because "the Obama regime has lost confidence in its own military being able to secure its survival" — well, yeah, it sounds crazy, but how do we know it's not actually true? Crazier things happen every day in the Obama Age.

supposedly per before its news.the canadians have joined and the numbers are geting large.fb will start cutting the actual numbers if they get too high .i saw it happen w prop 420 in cali.
im all for not spending money those three days as i will surely be broke.

Except that the fiscal calendar for the federal government goes from October 1 to September 31st. If they are buying something with FY13 budget money, it HAS to be invoiced before October 1st. I sell software to the federal government. My shit is due by then too. OH NO!! CONSPIRACY!

What I think is sad about this article is that there are actual people out there, inside and outside of the government, who are actively planning and doing terrible things. I think it is wise to be prepared, BUT please do your homework. I researched this article and it's so called "facts". Songstad is a senator whose last term was in the 80?s. Also, there is no vaccine available for MERS nor is it treatable with antibiotics. I do not trust our gov't, but neither do I trust this website. This is my last visit here due to the deliberate inaccuracy of this article.

ok there is plenty wrong with this. 1) all international peacekeeping troops have been mandated to attend compulsory English classes as the U.S. and U.K. have the largest peacekeeping presence in the world. 2) the same organizations have been using US military equipment since well before the Kosovo conflict in the 1990?s. it's why rounds such as the 5.56×45 and the 7.62×51 are classified as NATO rounds not US rounds. 3) DHS agents such as USCIS, USCBP, Coast Guard, and Secret service have long been mandated to qualify at least once per year with all these weapons. (emphasis on Secret Service who are required to do it 4 times a year.) and there is also a reason FEMA and the CDC in region three would be stocking up on ready to go meals and vaccinations and antibiotics and other medicines...IT'S THE START OF HURRICANE SEASON.

This maybe nothing but WTH.

Last week my zombie sister (I have 3 zombie sisters) and I were driving south from Green Bay to Appleton on 41 south and I see a bunch of tan military humvees going north real fast. Than another group and another group and another with several tankers. All in all, maybe like 30 or 40.

No idea as to why or were they were going but they was traveling 65 - 70 mph in traffic. They could be headin for marinette and boarding a navy ship for over seas, I don't really know.

Last time I saw military traveling at highway speed was the gulf war and they were mobilizing to a gulf port. I was going 70 in my truck and they weren't lettin me by as I went to pass em.

This October thing has been floating around from last year and somethings going on.

Edit to ad: better draw down your bank account for good measures. I just did mine and the bank had a conference with me right after the draw down. The teller gives me the cash and says I have to talk with the banker guy over there in the cubicle.

I go over and he wants to update all my information and says I should take a credit card out and some other credit. I say, I don't do credit and he gets more serious.

When the bank holiday hits, your money is locked away and so is your debit/credit card. The hurricane sandy showed the northeast sheeple how it works when trying to buy and the power is down. No money, no nothin cause credit cards don't work when power is off and banks don't hand out money either.

Damit, another edit: for those who failed to get the memo, they are going to perform a drill on the nations power grid going down either this month september or october, maybe november. This will include canada and mexico so expect some false flag shenanigans with banks and your money.
