I know this story sounds like Ripplies Believe it or not, but just try it with a small item. The universe is a balance and an unanswered question must be answered.

It never works for lotto numbers,,,,,,But it does seem to work well for life.

If you get a busy signal when asking, try again latter, the Universe is very busy.

Yes the Universe is listening...  "Your wish is my Command!"   but it cares NOT if you wish for good or for evil...

If people paid attention to what they asked for, believed it will manifest and then tracked what did or didn't happen, they would be amazed. It works well on small stuff... gets harder for big stuff.  Yoda showed Luke that it doesn't matter the size. But there IS a factor...

TOO MANY PEOPLE

Not in the way of over population, but in the way of free minds... too much NOISE in the aether.

Before when the "SECRET" was held by only a few and taught only to those that had been trained to use it, there were many miracles and things happening. But today with the open internet and the endless BABBLE... the noise vs signal ratio is very diluted.

So say you have a town of 100 people... 50 want it to rain to water the plants... 50 want a bright sunny day so they can go to the park...

What happens? Does it rain? Does it Shine? or does it have small showers during the day?

Well in the end it will lean towards the thoughts of those with the strongest will power... the ones that have the FOCUS

See what I am getting at?  I once did this weather thing in public. I didn't do it on purpose. But it was at a large Renaissance Fair and just as we were tearing down, the storms moved in. This year I had no covered trailer and heavy rain would have ruined a lot of stuff.  Without thinking about it really I literally commanded the storm to hold off.

It was done without conscious thought, but after several people came to me and were shocked... I got quite a reputation that day... because what happened is while their were violent thunderstorms all around the valley. there ws a round hole of clear sky over the park. We got everything loaded and into the storage unit and then the hole closed and the rains came...

Never repeated that to that level again, but that day I just did NOT want rain

There is actually a rule against that... using powers for personal gain thought the SECRET says that isn't true.

Like you all my life 'things happen' just when I need them to happen. I have never gotten rich, nor am I likely to, but things have always manifested in the nick of time. Its still stressful though... always being on the edge

It's not a matter of being busy... it's more a matter of did you speak up loudly enough to be heard.  Did you ask firmly with the belief you will get it? Or did you whimper "Well it would nbe nice but if your busy....  "

Lately I have been looking into why "The Secret" is not working as it could/should.  I was thinking of outside forces blocking us.

Yes I knew that 'silence is golden' and that all esoteric knowledge comes once you reach inner peace

Manifestation requires belief, but only at the beginning till you get the hang of it.  But to get the hang of it you need that peace and quiet to focus your thoughts. Once you have mastered the techniques, you can create a quiet zone amongst the noise. My dad knew a Hindu who would go into a trance on the subway on the way to work and that short ride he would be refreshed like he had a night's sleep

My Conclusion;

There is no outside influence blocking us... it is simply the NOISE of others around us.  In the past we had relative peace and quiet. Before the internet people lived sheltered lives in small communities and the noise of the outside world rarely imposed and wasn't important... didn'tmatter to daily life.

Now today you see what social networking has done. It lets in all the noise of the entire world... and more importantly it lets in the static as well. People that are crazy get to invade your home and your mind with a keyboard.  The web is filled with crap, 80% at least is bullshit, fear mongering, stress creating manure... no it's not even manure as manure has a use

It becomes impossible for MOST people, especially young ones, to sort the truth from the crap. It has gotten so bad that all the do is like mindless robots or sheep... just repeat what they hear, never once caring for reality.  THIS is the NOISE... this is what is destroying our abilities...

And social networks just fee this noise.  Even when you post some interesting and important information... withing a few posts the rap will infiltrate and soon the original thought is lost and buried in the noise.

Look at any topic on FB, Twitter, Youtube... look at any thread at ATS (yes even here ) How long does a thread stay on topic before the noise obliterates it?

but Z.. i don't think it is just the noise blocking us..it is the mechanics that make the noise possible
so right there is a two fold interference
the towers and noise they make and the folks using the towersand that noise that they make too.
if you get into what is called a dead zone for cell phones.. you can see a difference

we were just up in the Allegheny National Forest - to visit hubby's brother and they are in a 'dead zone'.....i was amazed at how easy it was to meditate...
so i am adding that to the list of interference factors

i also think that a contributing factor to personal noise  is the fear and anxiety that most folks feel anymore....totally connected to everyone else with very little or no personal space...

Agreed... cell phones, chat rooms, etc project the noise. It is a known fact that EM waves do effect us... it's direct interference.. Waves can either amplify a signal or negate a signal.  Two light beams out of phase can cancel each other out and you have darkness.

Once setting up an event we needed loud sound in the center but quiet on the perimeter. The center was a dance floor the perimeter was seating to eat. There was no way to get the speakers into the center... so we had to engineer the sound pattern so it was normal level on the outer seating but would amplify in the center.... You could step across the line and the volume literally doubled

"White Noise" works the same way... with white noise you can create peace in a noisy area...  a fan in the room... a Fen Shui water fall...  ocean waves...  these are white noise. Your mind focuses on these and tunes out the rest of the noise

Imagine what would happen if a CME took out our power grid

That too... but that is fed more by "we the people" than any gubment agents. The masses tend to take a small molehill of an issue and make it go viral... to the point that the message itself becomes the boogeyman and is far worse than the actual event

The reason it was noticed so quickly was because most of the people that are there at tear down are those that are of like mind and notice things like that. My daughter has seen me do it and has learned that she too has the ability.  One day we were outside looking for Dragons in the sky... and an odd thing happened....  my wife, a real uber skeptic about most everything came out to see what we are looking at and went back in to get her camera   Seems she saw this dragon and had to take a picture ... before we told her what we were looking at

Yes the dragons can be summoned.  There was one gal at the Force....  I told her about it and she went out that night to summon one. Her name was Diverdown....  I am sure you remember her

This is true... and for the same reason people will always flock to a good leader, at least one they perceive to be good at the moment. This will not change. What needs to change is the Shepherds.  I asked in another thread why people would chose to bow to me... it is simply because I took the job and everyone else was content to come and play. i have a theory that the universe you're asking for help from, is really your quantumly entangled perfected self in the future.  to you, the future is later. to your perfected future self, time is irrelevant.

as you learn and grow here, your future perfected self gets better at communicating with you and you with your perfected self, so that eventually, you are sort of merged together.  i believe this is your holy spirit body.  you aren't the holy spirit, but your perfected future self is your comforter, as jesus called it. 

the idea is to run the salvation process, clear your conscience and thus liberate your mind via forgiveness (i'm convinced that we are getting forgiveness from our future selves, because anything we did before that, was bogged down by not having the inner voice of the holy spirit to guide us).  and it acts like a trigger, that opens the communication channel between you now, and the perfected you later.   

does the perfected you exist before you do this step?  i don't know but i don't think it does.  i dunno if that made sense to anyone else lol

Well if made a lot of half sence to me. Do you think you have mastered this yet? Are you mergered or working on it? I never get an answer I just get some kind of result. The result can be squed or right on depending on the question I am asking. Must be careful on the wording.
