The WHY of this I suspect comes in relative to a need to control disclosure.  To precondition Human response in a specific direction.  Personally, I would love to sit down with any who are out there and give My humble perspective for Theirs.  I suggest that as a Human, what I see is just as valid as any Other of Us sentient, sapient Beings in this Universe.

That's my hunch to pim, why else would don Phillips with his background in serious classified projects come forward and make his claims.

Really? prove it cos your reputation and pension could be at stake not to merino your safety.
Don't remember Phillips from the original disclosure project but the others are almost word for word repeated stories.

And as expected ZERO evidence. There's an agenda at play.
