Absolutely The Best Stuff Here

This interview was recorded from the Bundy Ranch late this afternoon.

Actually no he isn't. He is grandfathered in under the laws of the land BEFORE the BLM ever existed.

This is incorrect.  That's what Bundy claims, but there is no documentation of of any inherited grazing rights or grandfathered federal land use rights held by the Bundy family or Bundy's ancestors.  This statement is him grasping at anything he thinks might help him not pay that $1 million dollars in back fees he owes.

Greetings esteemed Member War Toad:

Good to see you in the trenches.

Quote...$1 million dollars in back fees he owes.

However, considering the math we did on that $1.1 million, we find it incomprehensible that only range fees added up to this amount.

Perhaps you have some data that you might be so good as to share to shed some light on this contentious subject?   :P

Thanking you in advance,

With great respect

No, the back fees of 1.0 mil are just from the articles we've been combing through.  No doubt it's the actual grazing fees as well as late penalty fees.  But I haven't seen an actual breakdown.

There are some very powerful people who have done their best to cover up what really happened at the Bundy ranch in Clark County Nevada. Fortunately they failed.

In this we're going to present you with evidence of blatant corruption and criminal activities that anyone, including law enforcement, can easily verify.

But before we go into the details, it's important to acknowledge here, that the political left and the political right are watching this crisis through very different eyes.

You on the left saw this old rancher defying the Federal government over cattle grazing fees, with right wing pundits pleading his case, and armed militia moving in to intervene... it probably gave you the impression of Tea Party temper tantrum... with guns.

Given some of the personalities who were involved in the media circus surrounding this, that impression is perfectly understandable, but underneath the appearances there is something here that all Americans need to see, whether they consider themselves conservative, liberal or none of the above.

All I ask is that you suspend your preconceived notions of what this crisis was about, for five minutes.

First let's eliminate some of the disinformation, speculation and conspiracy theories.

Here's a story that a lot of people were spreading around without fact checking. It got 47,000 shares on Facebook alone. The author claims that the siege of the Bundy ranch was about was really about fracking leases.

That's a provocative narrative, one that I actually found very interesting. But just because something is plausible doesn't mean it's true.

For evidence, the article links out to this page on the shalereporter.com, which does indeed talk about Bureau of Land Management (aka BLM) leasing out land in Nevada for Fracking.

Trouble is, the author and 47,000 other people overlooked the blatantly obvious fact that the land in question is in north eastern Nevada. Clark county isn't in North Eastern Nevada.

That's not a minor detail. Please, pretty please with a cherry on top, fact check before you spread information people.

Always fact check....more

First of all Nevada is one of the few tates where VERBAL contracts are still legally binding...

However in this case it is WATER RIGHTS you need to look at. Bundy DOES have the water rights in that area and with the water rights came grazing rights. This was all well before the BLM even existed, so to chek records you would need to go back many years in the archives bearing in mind that most of those deals were verbal agreements.

So yes along came the BLM and changed the rules... drove off all the other ranchers into compliance with the result that there is no effective cattle ranching left in Nevada and hence our beef has to come from out of state.

This is not such a simple case and it really is more about the land grab as it is prime real estate. A 200,000 acre preserve for a handfull of desert tortoises when there are hundreds of thousands of square mile of Nevada desert where no one treads?  Really?

John at his mine also had water rights... Since he was not herding cattle his rights were limited to sinking a well and using no more than 10,000 gallons a year. There was a meter on the well pump.

The ONLY reason John lost the rights to mine on that land was because Harry Reid's office deliberately mis handled the paperwork that was required to be filed.  And despite John bending over backwards to keep all the papers in order, they kept adding more requirements and the last one was filed ONE DAY late by that office... and that was that... you now have 8 months to vacate and restore the land to its natural state or lose your $200K deposit

John had exemplary service on that mone property with awards for best operation. He routinely place trash cans and emptied them for the hunters in the area and he and his crew kept the invading weeds under control in the watering holes.

Until that day of the 'snafu' in filing, his dealings with BLM rangers was on a very friendly basis. I met several of them and they showed me historical sites in the area that were hidden...

So why now suddenly?  The Tortoise?  uh huh  wanna buy some swamp land in Florida?

There are several updates I will be posting;
in the mean time I highly recommend watching
this video footage taken in a real Agenda 21
meeting.

Pay close attention to the people waking up
as the questions are asked, and how the
"officials" react, then try to shut people
down when it finally dawns on them
this is real, and they could lose their home,
their neighborhood to Agenda 21. If this does
not wake you up, not much left to come will.

There needs to be more states like Alabama.  They passed a resolution, and Alabama became the first state to prohibit government participation in Agenda 21.

There has been a lot of talk of water rights and a slight mention of 200,000 acres. Even John had water rights. Does Bundy own all 200,000 acre water rights? or just a small portion of them? How was this divided up. I guess the other ranchers used the same location and had water rights also. This is only a big issue if his rights are for the entire lot. For all I know he might only own 1 acre. Z, got any ideas?

Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 - U.S. Code: Title 43 - PUBLIC LANDS

BLM Energy Page?

IM 2011-181, Involvement of Grazing Permittee/Lessee with Solar and Wind Energy Right-of-Way Application Process
[...]

Potential mitigation and compensation strategies

a.  Regulation 43 CFR 4120.3-6(c) (2005) provides that if a grazing permittee/lessee has placed or constructed authorized permanent range improvements on lands within a permit/lease subsequently cancelled for another public purpose, the permittee/lessee is entitled to receive reasonable compensation from the United States for the adjusted value of his/her interest in such improvements (refer to H-4120-1.36C). The ROW applicant and permittee/lessee should be strongly encouraged to enter into an agreement that addresses compensation for range improvements. If such an agreement is reached to the satisfaction of the parties, the permittee/lessee must file the agreement in writing with the BLM AO.[...]

In the event the applicant and permittee/lessee do not come to an agreement on compensation for such authorized permanent range improvements and the permit/lease is subsequently cancelled for the solar or wind energy project, the permittee/lessee is entitled to receive, from the United States, reasonable compensation for the adjusted value of his/her interest in such improvements. The adjusted value is to be determined by the AO. Compensation (by the BLM) must not exceed the fair market value of the terminated portion of the permittee's/lessee's interest in such improvements (see 43 CFR 4120.3-6(c) (2005)).

b.  Where a range improvement is authorized by a range improvement permit, the livestock operator may elect to salvage the materials and perform rehabilitation measures rather than be compensated for the adjusted value (see 43 CFR 4120.3-6(c) (2005)). Salvage and rehabilitation measures may trigger the need for a NEPA analysis of the impacts of those measures, and must be coordinated with, and approved by, the BLM prior to any action taking place.

c.  Discussion of mitigation and compensation strategies may address loss of forage, water rights owned by the permittee/lessee, access for management purposes, or other items, as necessary, to provide for expeditious processing of the ROW application for solar or wind development.

The ROW applicant and the permittee/lessee should be strongly encouraged to enter into an agreement that addresses mitigation and compensation strategies to be submitted concurrent with the POD, but the BLM will not directly participate in these discussions. The United States is not responsible for any mitigation or compensation agreed upon by the parties in these agreements. BREAKING: SIEGE Of BUNDY RANCH Was CONTROLLED By OBAMA

Although many are unaware, the government has been scooping up land at an unprecedented rate.  Of course, they will tell you something along the lines of preservation, whether land or species, need to be ensured and since we irresponsible citizens just can't guarantee any such result, the government takes it upon themselves to do so.

If this was in fact the case however, then why has the government felt the need to take on so many instances that it justifies obtaining as much as 85% percent of certain states?  Specifically in Nevada, back in 2008, the government owned 84.48% of the state claiming it to be "public land."

In the specific area in which Bundy was allowing his cattle to graze, documentation has been brought into the light showing that the government's interest in such land, may not be so pure.  Even more eerily, since being put forward, the government has since taken down such documentation, and evacuated the area in which Bundy and his supporters occupied.

Dug up by Infowars, the government is set to allow China the use of American land in order to drill for oil and use in other energy productive ways. Back in 2011, the government set forward a plan in which China would be allowed to purchase up to 600,000 acres worth of oil and drilling fields in the precise location in which Bundy is allowing his cattle to roam free.

As Obama has already fought to have drilling denied in these areas, it's hard to understand why he is so eager to have another country come in here and take out resources.

In short, he is whoring our country, but what do you expect from a leader who does not respect the county in which he was elected.

Trying to weasel his way around the public spotlight, it appears as though he was dragged right in as federal agencies tried ever so hard to argue why Bundy's cows had to leave.

Some reports mentioned that they were endangering tortoises, as we've all heard.

The odd thing about this is that the report magically came about as the government was pressing its hardest to get Bundy to vacate the area.

Surprising, huh?

IN-DEPTH: Mark Levin gives his take on the dispute between Cliven Bundy and the federal government » The Right Scoop -

Mark Levin lays out the most thoughtful and in-depth analysis I've heard yet on the dispute between Cliven Bundy and the federal government. In short, Levin calls it an abuse of power and believes the BLM should stop referring to the land as a conservation area and allow Bundy's cattle to continue grazing on the land just as it has for the last 100 years or so.

Lawsuit Launched Over BLM's Failure to Report Threats to Desert Tortoise, Other Imperiled Species in California Deserts

San Francisco— Environmental groups filed a notice of intent to sue the U.S. Bureau of Land Management today for failing for seven years to report impacts to the desert tortoise and similarly threatened and endangered species from off-road vehicles, cattle grazing and other activities in California's deserts.

The Center for Biological Diversity, Sierra Club, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility and Desert Survivors recently learned that the BLM has failed to submit annual reports to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for years despite legal obligations to do so under the Endangered Species Act — a failure that puts imperiled species at risk.

"The Bureau of Land Management has shrugged off its duty to report impacts of grazing and off-road vehicle use on protected species on our public lands," said Lisa Belenky, a senior attorney at the Center for Biological Diversity.

"BLM says it's committed to conserving species and habitats in California deserts — yet it has failed to comply with even the most basic requirements for management of desert tortoises and other rare and vulnerable wildlife."
