Sheriff Mack Responds Federal Terrorism at Bundy Ranch

QuoteThe Arizona Legislature Stands With Bundy

In a case of "I would never have believed this in a million years", the Arizona State Senate President Andy Biggs and the Arizona House of Representatives Speaker Dave Livingston are both in agreement that Arizona should be involved in supporting CSPOA and Oath Keepers in going to Bunkerville, Nevada.

These two leaders of the Arizona Legislature have vowed to support the Cliven Bundy family. This stunning development cannot be overstated, and yet, there is more. Additionally, State Senators Al Melvin, Chester Crandall, and Kelly Ward along with State Representatives Brenda Barton, Bob Thorpe, Kelly Townsend and Warren Peterson are all planning to be at the Bundy ranch by Sunday morning.

All of these local government officials are planning to attend the Press Conference Monday afternoon with the CSPOA and Oath Keepers along with the
Bundy's and other sheriffs and public officials from across the country.

I too am surprised that Gillespie is not taking action on this... thought for sure this couldn't happen here.

This is now way beyond a matter of cows. This will be a test of state sheriff's vs the Feds

So far the state police and county mounties have stayed out of this. I think they are afraid to deal with it.

It is the BLM park Rangers causing all the fuzz. Seems they forget that they are hired to look after OUR land.

If I was more mobile I would drive out there.  They have blocked off the main access road to Gold Butte. I wonder if they are allowing the residents in there (not many but a few) to go in and out.  I am not sure exactly where that sign is

But at least the locals are not standing for this... and now with Arizona getting into it it will be interesting to see this play out

Why is Arizona involved?  Well the Gold Butte area sits in both states so they do have jurisdiction in the area

Bundy vs. BLM: Interest in cattle dispute widens

QuoteState lawmakers from Arizona to Washington are headed for Nevada to rally alongside the Bundy family and its supporters. Most of them are tea party Republicans or Libertarians associated with a patriot group known as the Oath Keepers.

Several of the elected officials said they were drawn into the issue by video footage of Wednesday's clash between angry protesters and BLM rangers that shows Bundy's sister being tackled to the ground and one of Bundy's seven sons being shot with a stun gun.

"Watching that video last night created a visceral reaction in me," said Arizona Rep. Kelly Townsend, a tea party Republican who is driving up from Phoenix to take part in a rally with lawmakers and Oath Keepers near the Bundy ranch Monday. "It sounds dramatic, but it reminded me of Tiananmen Square. I don't recognize my country at this point."

Las Vegas Revue Journal has the best updates on this but we cannot quote much from them as they viciously go after copyrights  so go visit them and get the updates

QuoteNevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, R-Las Vegas, called the footage "horrifying." The pro-gun lawmaker has made two trips to the Bunkerville area in the past two days so she could meet with protesters, "protect our Nevadans and keep the peace."

"I'm highly offended by the feds coming in as aggressively as they have," Fiore said.

Federal officials have said the large law enforcement presence and high level of security come in response to direct and indirect threats of violence made by Bundy family members and others.

Just to play Devil's Advocate -

It's not his land.  He doesn't have a deed.  He hasn't paid land use fees since 1993.  You can't just not pay the fees because you don't like management.  Work to change the management.  The government didn't get physically confrontational for 21 years.   He's using public land for personal profit and when the government FINALLY cracked down on him he called for rangewar on the Feds.  He advocated violence at that point.  With threat of violence by a rancher operating illegaly, THEN the Feds sent in armed officers.

Could it have been handled better?  Yes, by both sides.  He didn't like the way the fees were being used.  OK.  Find new land, it's not your land.  And the Feds didn't have to go in with Operation Overkill.
Time is the fire in which we burn.

It's not his land.  He doesn't have a deed.

Well technically that land belongs to all of us :D
The thing people forget is that ALL ranchers in the west used to let their cattle roam the range. That is why BRANDING was invented so you could tell who owned which cow. Bundy is merely the LAST ONE left that has free range herds in Nevada and he was grandfathered in long before the BLM existed

QuoteHe hasn't paid land use fees since 1993.  You can't just not pay the fees because you don't like management.  Work to change the management.

He did try to make payments to the County  they returned his checks after cashing the first two. Work to change the management sometime takes drastic action to raise awareness that an issue even needs fixing.

QuoteThe government didn't get physically confrontational for 21 years.

yes true... It started with the new land use plans that the feds have for the area. The Desert Tortoise is being used as the motive. This started when the BLM wanted the land for whatever reason. John Lear was the first to get the boot. His mine was a model of clean operations. Nevada took his money to keep the claim active, He even had to pay a bond of $200,000.00 to ensure he kept the land 'in order"

Then along came Harry Ried and the Desert Tortoise Preserve  a 200,000 sq mile area of desert that has long been a hunter and ATV meca

John submitted his annual papers on time... Harry's office 'mislaid' them and they didn't get filed on time... then they said  Oh sorry... nothing we can do, get off the land by January and make sure you take everything down or lose your deposit

State of Nevada was okay with his staying... BLM finally pushed the issue... with bulldozers.... though they did give back $185.000 of the deposit

That was the start of it... now Bundy and the cows that bothered NO ONE are on the hit list

QuoteHe's using public land for personal profit and when the government FINALLY cracked down on him he called for rangewar on the Feds.  He advocated violence at that point.  With threat of violence by a rancher operating illegaly, THEN the Feds sent in armed officers.

Distorted facts... the threats were made up by  the feds. Listen to what he is saying  He says NO to violance... he says leave the guns at home (though open carry is allowed in Nevada... most people in the Gold Butte region carry for snakes ets... even Johns wife packed a 45 when at the mine)

He was not operating illegally... he was there before BLM existed and was grandfathered in. He also owns the WATER rights legal in the region and those water rights come with grazing rights by the old laws

THAT is why Arizona lawmakers and sheriffs are getting involved. Arizona and Texas still have many open range herds

QuoteFind new land, it's not your land.

Where?  How do you pick up a ranch that is barely making it and just move it?  See Burntheships thread on WATER issues with California farmers.... Be prepared to see major increases in food cost shortly

QuoteAnd the Feds didn't have to go in with Operation Overkill.

These are not federal troops. They are over zealous PARK RANGERS that have hired goons with guns to back them up. They are putting closed signs and blocking roads to PUBLIC lands  BLM is simply a MANAGER for PUBLIC lands... they don't own it either

Looks like Z was right about Harry Reid.
They are planning to put a Chinese Operated
Solar Farm out there, and Reid and Son was
involved.

Senator Reid, son combine for China firm's desert plant

QuoteU.S. Senator Harry Reid recognized nine years ago that connections between his official duties and the lobbying activities of his relatives could lead to ethical questions.

In 2003, the Nevada Democrat publicly banned relatives from lobbying him or his staff after newspaper reports showed that Nevada industries and institutions routinely turned to Reid's sons or son-in-law for representation.

Now, questions surrounding family ties are flaring again in Nevada around the Senate majority leader. He and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert.

And...

The BLM has killed hundreds of the Desert Tortoise themselves!

Quote

Federal funds are running out at the Desert Tortoise Conservation Center and officials plan to close the site and euthanize hundreds of the tortoises they've been caring for since the animals were added to the endangered species list in 1990.

"It's the lesser of two evils, but it's still evil," said U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service desert tortoise recovery coordinator Roy Averill-Murray during a visit to the soon-to-be-shuttered reserve at the southern edge of the Las Vegas Valley last week.

So, this is really real - its the Cowboys Vs. The Communists.

If I had to side with anyone it sure would not be Reid and Sons,
I would stand with Cliven and Sons anyday.

Militias Are On Route: Is the 2nd American Revolution Starting in Bunkerville, Nevada?

Militias Are On Route: Is the 2nd American Revolution Starting in Bunkerville, Nevada?

An area just outside of the little town of Bunkerville, Nevada, with a population of around a thousand people, may go down in history.

This little spot in the desert may be compared with Concord, Massachusetts, the site of the "shot heard round the world" – the first shot fired in the American Revolution.

Because it looks like the second American Revolution may start there...and soon.

Yesterday, The Daily Sheeple reported that tensions were running high outside of Bunkerville. It seems that the US government, in all of their infinite wisdom, has declared war on a cattle rancher named Cliven Bundy.

In a stand-off that has been likened to Ruby Ridge and Waco, the federal government has now deployed armed agents in a case of what the U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has deemed "trespass cattle," escalating a 20-year battle over grazing rights and what actually constitutes "public land" use in Southern Nevada.

Cliven Bundy, a 67-year-old rancher says his family has worked the 600,000-acre Gold Butte area since the late 1800s and that they were there well before the government's Land Management Bureau ever came along. (source)

Armed federal officers have arrived to steal Bundy's cattle and close down the land he is using. What's more, they have declared a zone around the area to be free of the restrictions of the Constitution, specifically, the First Amendment right to assemble and speak freely.

They'd like to keep their reprehensible actions quiet and out of the public eye.

It's really difficult to mow down a bunch of protesters ala Waco with the whole world watching.
Yesterday, tensions began to rise even further and numerous protestors were tazed and assaulted. (You can see the actions of those brave BLM officers on the video posted above yesterday).

It looks like tensions will rise even further because Americans have had enough.

Militias have been mobilised. It's going to get real.

Bundy may be facing down a bunch of armed federal thugs but he's going to be backed up by militia members from across the country.

This is the day that Patriots have been talking about and training for.

They will not stand down.

CBS reports that militias from Texas, Montana, Utah, New Hampshire, and Florida will be standing with Bundy against the Bureau of Land Management.

If you aren't a combatant, this doesn't mean that you can't participate in this revolt against tyranny.  This is a call to action.

Share information in support of these people who refuse to stand idly by while theft, violence, and tyranny occurs at the hands of the government.

If we all spread the word, there is no way that another Ruby Ridge or Waco can quietly occur. We can combat the disinformation spouted by the mainstream media by publishing REAL photos, REAL videos, and REAL accounts of what is happening.

We can keep the communication open and tell the world what the United States government is doing to its own people.

Share this and other stories through email, through social media, through links in the comments sections of mainstream news sites.

Whatever you do, don't wait for someone else to take action.

Now is the time to speak up for liberty.

Make this story too viral for the mainstream to ignore.

Do not allow these brave people staring down the barrel of a gun to do so without our support.

The Bureau of Land Management has picked up a snake by the tail, and it looks like that snake is going to bite.

I just caught this minutes ago on the tale end and so unconfirmed but from a good source at revolution radio freedom slips.

The station owner just made an announcement they have jammed internet and skype from the bundy location and they are asking for ham operators to report the situation.

This is escalating as the goons ramp up for a killing.
Everyone loves me, till they're sick of me

I got the message again and its reporting that cell towers have been shut down and streaming internet has been shut down and the station owner wants ham operators to call in and report the situation.
