Unfortunately when I purchased my Dell Laptop.. it only came with an already installed version..It did not have a Windows CD if anything should go wrong.

It probably had a separate partition with the Windows installation files on it, some years ago the computer makers started doing this, the user is the one that has to create a disk with the files on that special (sometimes hidden) partition, usually with a program supplied by, in this case, Dell.

The other issue I have is the hard drive was replaced from the original. and I THINK when one installs a Windows CD.. they have to enter a serial number at the bottom of the Laptop. This was for an earlier Windows XP version...

You probably lost that installation partition then.

So I am not really sure if I obtain another copy of Windows XP Pro CD if I can also maybe get away with installing that without having to enter the serial number.. as it maybe that some Windows CDs also come with another Type of number that one can enter ..

There are several versions of XP and you cannot install one version with the number from a different version.

Do you know of any other browser that you may now recommend ?

I use mostly Opera and IE, the new Opera is based on Chromium and has some of Chrome's characteristics, but Java works as expected.

It is hard to think that they could be doing this in what seems rather a short time frame and on a large scale.

I wonder if they may come out with a new browser that we have to pay for... if not that then maybe ...

I think that "this_is_who_we_are" (TIWWA ) may be right...

If its google...and they are involved with the Govt surveillance which I think many into what we discuss on PRC may consider probable...that  they are planning something soon to arrive as an answer to this problem that these services seem to have created without seeming to offer any alternative suggestions.

Chrome is dumping most plugins all together  Adobe, Silverlight Quicktime etc  I think all it will do is piss everyone off because websites use those plugins  Nevada state gov uses silverlight  Back use it  etc  This will mess things up until they sort it

I was thinking if I was able to get a cheap original version or maybe a copy of Windows XP Pro.. which seems to be available on Ebay. that if I recall some seemed to suggest that they include a serial number with them...so in my case as my original version was Windows XP home edition.. when I had another hard drive fitted on this machine.. it came with a copy of Windows XP Pro.

So I cannot use the serial number on the bottom of my machine as that was for the home edition...but if I can get a Windows XP Pro CD from ebay which comes with a serial number.... Hopefully I can enter that number and it will work !

Well thorfourwinds, there are things that are happening, and are going to happen, that are beyond the tip of man's conjecture. However, it was on similar questions that Jesus spoke directly to the people, when some had asked, "Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things come to pass? (Luke 21.7) Most of Luke 21 discusses the details of the coming end time.

We truly can't know that September 2015 is or isn't a piece of what is being discussed in Luke 21! But, There are some things known to be occurring is September 2015. One of these things is "the Day of Atonement', also known as "Yom Kippur", which is the holiest day of the year for all Jews. It is a day spent by the Jews in prayer and in solemn time with family and God. In 2015, this day will be on September 23. Another significant event to happen in September 2015 will be the eclipse of the 4th red blood moon of the current tetrad group of 4 consecutive red blood moon eclipses. This 4th blood moon will occur on September 28, 2015. Another scripture worth noting is Luke 21:25 -"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;"

So......The holiest day of the year for the Jews, the Day of Atonement is happening in September 2015, and a red blood moon eclipse is happening in September 2015. And Bible scripture does say that in the end time happenings, there will be signs in the moon as well!l And for many of us, the signs of the day, especially the signs of hatred toward the Jews and the Christians, are well within the scope of what Jesus spoke about in Luke 21!

Thor, whether this September will openly mark the beginning of the end or the END, I do not know. But because of all of the signs I have been seeing, and all of us are seeing, in the world for sometime now, I continually say, "THERE IS NOT MUCH TIME LEFT!!

Just hope you are wrong...in a worse case scenerio..

but maybe if we had something happen that would help change things for the better somehow...that would be more appealing 

But it may be worth trying to do some things that one has been putting off and to take some time doing stuff one would really like to do each day for the next 49 days or so...just in case the worst should happen.

Well as far as I am cocerned Nibiru is a big hoax that was invented by Sitchin and should have died with him (RIP Zecharia)  so forgive me if I cannot take it seriously

Jade Helm as far as I can see is just an exercise that may be needed because of the change in warfare coming soon. Is the threat created by TPTB?  Maybe...  But today I went out to enjoy the 4th of July and the only trouble I saw was a couple college students who were drunk setting off fireworks in the parking garage where we were watching the entire strip (and city) from the roof.  The cops handled them very nicely despite the fact they were being nasty... and calmly diffused the situation and released them

So at the moment  All quiet on the home front..

IF an asteroid IS coming to wipe us out, well I am about as prepared as any one CAN be  Have many tents and full camping gear to support about 40 people and food to last at least a year. If the NAVAL SPACE COMMAND doesn't have spacecraft out there with weapons enough to destroy any incoming space rock, then we truly have no Secret Space Cadre and my time here has been a total waste and we are all TOAST like the Dinos were...

But ever since I got into all this stuff there has been an asteroid going to wipe us out every couple months, comets that are really disguised Alien spaceships, Jupiter size spaceships sucking up our sun, Aliens under every bed, the Sky is falling and the government is poisoning us with chemical sprayed out of airliners....



And after all is said and done... nothing ever happens  except that meteorite that NASA missed in Russia

If an asteroid is going to hit us... it will likely wipe out most life on Earth... even going into bunkers won't help a lot.  If its only a small asteroid, where will it hit? Moscow?  Rome?

teach people to be generally prepared for ANY emergency... tell them where they could go to ralley support... Project Avalon had a GOOD IDEA but they dropped the ball,,,,  Anonymous could pick up that ball and run with it

The ball was setting up support groups in cities... a group that people could turn to when the SHTF...  There is safety and comfort in numbers in times of need. Anonymous is a large group. They could set this up if they wanted to

I have always said that Google Earth, Moon and Mars is a useless tool because of the way they add artifacts. Why would anyone use such a tool with such obvious errors when the original source images are available?

People on the net have taken a whole bunch of unrelated stuff and created a fantasy Planet X is NOT the tenth planet... it is merely the next undiscovered planet. Pluto was Planet X originally.  The Brown Dwarf that NASA thinks might exist at the outer rim of the solar system close enough to cause comets to fall sunwrd... is called NEMESIS...

Yes that is from Sitchens book "End of Days"  which he wrote because people kept pressuring him to give a date   So that date he gave is 2900 AD   

So I wouldn't worry about it... because when pressured he simply made up another goo story to explain why it would be late
