That "Ex Agent" appears to have be just another fear monger, that text is just fear inducing, based on nothing concrete.

Just because one person says so? I need more than that. Looking around I found that it looks like that "news" comes from this site, where we can read a lie, that the German government issued a 69 page document to their citizens calling for the "immediate stockpiling of food and water". The fact that each time we read about it it looks worse is another clue that this is just fear mongering, I wonder with what purpose.

So what justifies that? Lets make some basic analysis.

hence the German/Franco/Italian high security meeting afloat. Yes !! Unusual.

So, Germany, France and Italy had a meeting aboard a ship. Yes, it's unusual, but where's evidence that they had the meeting aboard a ship because of something that Obama did? Let's analyse that? Oh, no, no real analysis here, let's just throw the word "analysis", as it gives this text a more serious look.

So lets get basic. You can store dry food, canned food, ...

So, a list of the things someone expecting a war should do, but no analysis or even real data.

This "Ex Agent" is definitely on my fear monger/hoaxer/idiot list.

And none of that was a guess.

The Germans were told to hoard by someone working to create fear and insecurity in the population at large, possibly as part of an intelligence operation.  That is my guess.

Hi, Every one I ran across this article the other day, although I do not agree with the writers ideology , that is beside the point.

Stop the German Government's Preparations for War against Russia! "Civil Defence Concept" (KZV): Measures to Prepare Population for War

Many have responded with a mixture of surprise, shock and horror to the "Civil Defence Concept" (KZV) officially presented by German Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière on Wednesday. Extending over 69 pages, it details a series of measures to prepare the population for a war.

"One must pause for breath after reading these 69 pages," wrote the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung on Monday in a preliminary report on the document, noting that it dealt with issues one would rather suppress.

"How to be protected against attacks using biological or chemical weapons? How will the population be taken to safety if a radioactive cloud spreads? Where will the federal government hide if an attack is threatened? Where will cultural treasures be stored in the case of war? How can men and women be made to report for work in 'sectors vital to life and defence?'"

These questions had to be asked, the newspaper stated, because it was necessary to "prepare for the worst."
