Well tha6t depends if they allow Hillary to count graveyard votes :P
I think you will find Hilary doesn't count votes.  The Democrats already cheated to put Bush in office.  Al Gore won that Florida vote and the world knows it.  I've never seen a non-democrat say otherwise who knows the facts. ::)

Voter ID checks already mean millions of Democrats don't vote because they have no decent ID.  Quit whining! :P

Funny how Trump has started whining about vote counts when the votes haven't been counted yet.  You would think he knows he won't win!

Alienating nigh on half the electorate (women) by being a misogynistic sexual predator and more by making ethnic minorities feel unwelcome might not be the best electoral strategy.  No amount of whining about cheating when the votes haven't even been counted will change that.

In true polarized fashion, people bash Trump for being a misogynistic sexual predator, while speaking lovingly of how great Bill Clinton was, who was proven to be a misogynistic sexual predator...

Also humorous, is people from other countries, trying to expound intelligently on American politics, as if they have lived here for years, immersed in the madness.

Being in it is usually a big eye opener for those who watch it from over the pond.

Not to minimize anyones opinions, but everyone seems to be doing exactly what these megalomaniacs wish and expect..diverting away from cohesiveness, into a quagmire of divisiveness.

Critical thinking, effort at the state level, and a general exposure of the ludicrous nature of current political games, is paramount to fighting the scourge which has taken hold of the western world, and although Im no christian, I do say..god help us all, for its metaphorical impact.

Well I don't.  Just because Clinton was a predator doesn't change Trump's faults.

You don't have to be American to see that Trump is an ass hole. ::)

That is what I've been trying to say, both candidates for Pres are divisive idiots.  Yes we could ignore that but I choose not to.

Again, no disagreement here...

Both are ripe for the picking fault-wise...sadly though Clinton (IMO) has just too much baggage coming to the table, so personally she wont get my vote..

God help us again says it all....too bad we dont have a real god to do that though, maybe Ill start praying to Crom, like Conan did...

That is exactly the point.  No one is trying to change things.  All they are trying to do is amass as much money and power for themselves individually as possible.

Yup exactly!  NO ONE is working to change anything  and most people are still dumb enough to keep on with the same system, cheering for one or the other then spending the next few years bitching about it but never admit they voted for the clown :P

Americans have become so lazy and apathetic that they just don't care... and when they do they feel they are alone and cannot do anything.

I see this site's purpose as serving more or less the same role those two did.  We watch the insanity pass by, and make comment; and occasionally the opinion of some of us, manages to expand the mind of someone else.  Aside from that, it's also good fun.  I liked those two.

So don't feel too bad, Zorgon.  I think this place has served its' purpose pretty well.  Sometimes it is better to be off the beaten track.  Less shills, and less worry about being monitored.

Zorgon,

You may not get a lot of attention, but this is a high-quality site. There is a lot of outstanding content.

I recently PM'd a member over at {ATS} who complained about the quality of their content and referred him here to remedy that.
Shipwrecked by the laughter of the gods.....

There has always been a lot of garbage at ATS.  There used to be a lot of really interesting stuff hidden in there too though.  Right now its just an American politics site with a few threads on other stuff.  Considering how many members they have its quite boring there these days.  I used to enjoy it.

This site has more of a family feel.  Members who post regularly get (at least assume) to know each other quite well.  There are pluses and minuses to that.

Plus: Cameraderie and posts are often relevant to who they are aimed at.

Con:  Familiarity breeds contempt.  A bit incestuous.

Both sites have talented contributors in my opinion but ATS is on the slide.  ATS also lost a lot of interesting members through banning them.

Well you did help point some of us in a better direction. You encouraged me to just ask why, when, and how. I never got all I wanted but was surprised at how much I was allowed around.

For that, a big Thank You.

...The question is are they in the neighborhood and stopping by. Considering we are litarally in the middle of nowwhere on the edge of a tiny galaxy means we are not exactly on the main freeway of interstellar traffic. :P

No we do NOT need disclosure... what we need is just ONE hard case fact... one real saucer, one piece of alien metal not found on earth, one real alien... That is all we need...

You know that meme? I'm not saying it was aliens but...  :D

QuoteExperts believe mysterious aluminium object dating back 250,000 years 'could be part of ancient UFO'

A piece of aluminium that looks as if it was handmade is being hailed as 250,000-year-old proof that aliens once visited Earth.

Metallic aluminium was not really produced by mankind until around 200 years ago, so the discovery of the large chunk that could be up to 250,000 years old is being held as a sensational find.

The details of the discovery were never made public at the time because it was pulled out of the earth in communist Romania in 1973.

Builders working on the shores of the Mures River not far from the central Romanian town of Aiud found three objects 10 metres (33 feet) under the ground.

QuoteMetallic aluminium was not produced by mankind until around 200 years ago - but this appears manufactured making the object a baffling find

It was quickly determined that the two large bones belonged to a large extinct mammal that died 10,000-80,000 years ago, but experts were stunned to find out that the third object was a piece of very lightweight metal, and appeared to have been manufactured.

According to tests, the object is made of 12 metals, 90% aluminium, and it was dated by Romanian officials as being 250,000 years old. The initial results were later confirmed by a lab in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Other experts who conducted later tests said the dates were far alter, ranging between 400 and 80,000 years old, but even at 400 years old it would still be 200 years earlier than when aluminium was first produced.

Would that qualify as the tangible artifact you said above? Well, now you just need a ticket to Romania :P

WHAT 'experts"

HOW was it dated?

WHERE was it tested?

WHERE was it found?

Yes that is a nice artifact and I have that one cataloged but there are very few details of origin and testing, at least there was nothing the last time I looked a few years back

WHY part of a UFO? Why not part of some Ancient technology like the Antikythera mechanism?  But then  maybe Aliens made that too :P

So it 'appears' to be manufactured'  Government officials (unnamed) say it was 250,000 years old. Later 'experts say it was from 400 to 80,000 years old...

Hell in otherwords they have NO IDEA how old it is and are just guessing

Also the drill hole in the two arms looks clean and polished Aluminum left under ground especially in a wet region would oxidize and deteriorate very rapidly.  You would not have a clean shiny surface like on the inside bore so I suspect that hole is recent

That is the problem with all these artifacts. It is almost impossible to get a copy of the lab report.  You have to take their word that the 'experts' looking at it are actually qualified researchers. In most cases that is not the fact

Like the supposed 'proven' alien DNA of the elongated skulls... If the tests were done and prove the DNA is Alien WHY can we not see the test results? WHY can they not be sent to an independent lab?  Yet the fellow who made the discovery and the claim will not share those papers

The government MIGHT be covering up stuff  but many Alien Researchers are worse at keeping secrets :P

That don't say it because if they did people could ask the named experts and institutions if it was true, like I did some years ago with some supposed ancient artefacts found in South America or Mexico and that were presented as having been tested by some German or Swiss university lab. When I asked the lab about the supposed test they told me it was a lie and sent an email to the site telling them to remove the lie or they would be prosecuted.

Edited to add that some people say this looks like a tooth for a bucket excavator, and I think they are right.

::)

QuoteEdited to add that some people say this looks like a tooth for a bucket excavator, and I think they are right.

it does look like it yes, however IF it is aluminum, I doubt many excavators use aluminum teeth. They might though  I never checked yet. Maybe ArMaP will :P
