My question is, if this drug is effective against the covid-19, why are the cases still increasing exponentially, and why has no mention been made of this treatment?

I hope it is accurate, as a virus is hard to cure.  Usually a vaccine is the best defense, as antibiotics are useless.

In my past I was often too busy to really look into past similar viruses in any detail...or become aware of details..

but just being now older and noting some of the things on the news and how quickly changes are seeming to occur..
and having had quick look at some posts and some Alex jones...

This could have some real challenges and very fearful issues occur to what the authorites are going to ask the public to do.

then theres the conspiracy of is this when they start rounding us up in Fema type camps and prison type zones on huges scales to put the fear of god in us all or see a big part of the population off...

At the moment I really fear for the stock market unless it manages to recover .to new highs in the next month or so...

Otherwise if it does not recover initially for me by March... I fear a crash...and mass panic...

Are they going to be suggesting Forced inocculation and vaccines..

I was surprised to learn how in many certain areas of some of the technology they they have put in place that I was never aware of in airports and other places of high risk areas...

HOW does MAN continue on when almost / NO I should say .... every day  ...theres some concerning news ..
that is either health concerns / environment or wars to be put on us..

one just has to try to blank things out to try to  maintain ones sanity..

In the Uk I get impression that they maybe over reacting and putting severe fear into us via the media...
and making quite extreme suggestions..so .early on..

Did not know that the swine flu of 2009 were both H1N1 viruses.

From the last numbers I saw in Portuguese media, from a total of 82,000 infected people, 2,800 died, a 3.4% mortality rate. Of those infected, more than 33,000 recovered.

Probably, I think that happens with all variations of virus infections.

Apparently, only in the US, around 80,000 died of common flu in the 2017-2018 season.

I find it more likely that it was spread by someone with the intention of hurting Chinese economy, so I doubt it was release on purpose by the Chinese. If it was released on purpose at all.

Looking at what the stock market has JUST done this last 2 weeks...

It seems to me as if this crash...is really quite severe..in short time...

its almost fallen to the low s made in June 2019....by 16.66 %...

crashes in the past have fell 16% a few times in the past..

but this one maybe one of the sharpest quickest...

I PREY this HOLDS...

becuase I REALLY think if it breaks below that level... we could see a 1929 styple crash where it goes down 50% of its value...

ie from a high of 29570  to around 15000... in a month...

that I suspect could be absolutely devastating..

although the 2008 / 09 crash did similar but over 18 months...and amazingly recovered

1920 crash took 25 yrs to recover... as it continued down much further from for 2 to 3 yrs ...from  1929high  to 1932..low


I do think we may see a recovery back up to th USA elections.. with severe volitility and within a range of the last month...

Just have to see if mkt holds...this next few weeks..

My two cents....

I think, and I'm probably wrong, but I believe this latest health scare, and I think that's what it is, will pass.
Just like the swine flue, H1N1, Ebola.... etc, etc, etc

The markets will adjust, not without some fallout both economically and politically.
But it will return stronger....

I'm not saying people in crowded cities shouldn't take precautions, but it is what it is...
