And I happen to agree with her assessment. Ever since I read Ingo Swan's "Penetration" it is obvious to me that we are under house arrest. If the TOP RVer who invented the CIA program in the first place cannot penetrate the barrier than how can we?

Since Roswell we have not ONE shred of proof of Alien contact... sure stories, rumors and charlatans galore. Channelers that say the GFL is here but they might as well be channeling LOKI for the results they show.

Ascending through the junk is no issue as the junk is only on the physical plane

However I would like to invite Ingo Swann over here and ask him what blocks he ran into on the ethereal plane that were so strong he felt his life in danger if he didn't go back

As to Ascension

I find it truly remarkable how many New Agers and Web Surfers are convinced that they are READY for Ascension without ever having lifted a finger to prepare.  They all think 2012 will be a magic free pass into the next plane.

Hate to burst their bubble, but it doesn't work that way.... no free ride... many lifetimes of hard work is needed to prepare. You don't get to go from Kindergarten to University over night

And if you did, of what use would that be? You wouldn't have the requires and learned skills to cope at that level

If you haven't read Ingo Swan's "Penetration" I suggest you do.... then you will see why RVers and Astral Travellers cannot be of help. I was booted off TWO Lobsang Rampa forums for daring to ask for someone to go out and have a look at Venus for me.

They were PISSED at me for having the audacity to challenge their abilities.  How DARE I doubt them with a stupid test.

The one board I was banned immediately, the other I got to state that it was a serious request, that I figured where better to find someone to do this than a Rampa board where all these Astral Travelers were telling their experience.
Well I was then told "Do it yourself"  to wich I replied, "How do you know I haven't? I came here seeking for confirmation and a different set of 'eyes'

Well no one replied to me after that

I guess in the end they proved their own abilities. The last note was from the Mod of the second forum who said that "Its a persona experience, it just happens... we don't get to chose where to go"

First we have to learn about our Real selves, NOT the "Human Primate".   

The "Human Primate" is what Our Real Selves are Experiencing....

A young baby can't crawl then walk unless it first discovers its body; esp its feet, legs,
arms and Hands and learns how to control these. Social skills also have to be learned.
(I'm still learning)

So it is with us in the "Earth Program" as we undergo Metamorphosis (of the Processing System
which ALL is manifested IN and through.)

This takes some Thousand years IN the "Program" Only.

From our Perspective "Outside" the Program (Earth) involves a very short period of time
IF "Time" in fact exists..

The Truth of the matter is, our "Processing System" (individual Processing System) is undergoing
an "Upgrade" during our experience.

So there is an Intelligent reason why the Earth experience is what it is.

It has nothing at all to do with Human development, Success or Economics, nor even so called spiritual Morality
or anything remotely like that, in the Earth Program.

As ALL is prewritten (Including The boundaries of Choice)
it is Impossible for the Species to wipe out the planet.

We are Slaves to the "Written Programs", which govern our Experiences in the Earth Program.

Yes we are like that baby in its playpen...   

It keeps us within the Experience until we grow up, i.e learn about our NEW "Processing System",
then we are shown the World "Outside" the "Playpen".

We are at all different stages of development in our playpen.

While some are being shown the world "Outside" our playpen and others have just been
placed in their Playpens.

So the Earth is really our Playpen as ALL of us are like babies.

The Universe Program is like our House, in a World which is Non Dimensional involving Infinite "Concepts".

For some the next step is learning about their NEW or "Upgraded" Processing System.

i have tired not to read or watch too much of what other's idea of stuff is
only so that what i find and have found can be compared to it later

I grew up in a highly charged moralistic atmosphere and as I passed half a century of life, I considered that such a view must have little to do with the cosmos.  There's too much 'creation' that's just horrid - like guinea worms and Tyrannosaurus Rex to allow otherwise. So, the idea of paying our dues, well .. I dunno.
I think a Channeler would say the exception to the Prime Directive is if we ask for help.

OTOH, I do recall some RV'ers saying that they would get shut down or booted out if they got discovered viewing aliens in their native environment.

"They" seem to be interested enough to interfere with nuclear weapons.  I don't think the explanation involves us punching holes in their dimension or they would have prevented above ground testing especially the absurd "Tsar Bomba" the Soviets did.

"Sleeper" did say that our bright ideas - really come from other intelligences. Somebody is helping. (!?)

I guess everyone here could make a thought on this subject, but...................directly and purposely "quarantined", as has been suggested, I think not. At least from known happenings, that is not totally obvious.

Among other things, we have two "Vegers" (Voyager spacecraft) on their way to the stars, and are collecting data along the way. Voyager I is at or near the edge of interstellar space, and Voyager II is close behind.

And there seems to be nothing keeping us from going to Mars anytime we wish.

But, in my way of thinking about it, we are pretty much to blame ourselves, for any actual "quarantine". Any real knowledge and understanding on "How to do it", is pretty limited. We still struggle with simple launch vehicles, and with most of the other just very basic stuff, necessary to even the exploration of our solar system. And to even think about a human launch to the stars is completely outside the known capabilities for even doing that.

Yes, you could spell/summarize those challenges as being synonymous with "quarantine" I guess.

Speaking of Voyager, here is 2 links to little pieces that shows that at least some assume that we are not actually physically quarantined (if there is anything we can believe regarding actual space travel).
