The Seeker

This is not good in any way shape or form; I do have a very uneasy feeling about what comes next in this drama...

even if Mr. Bundy rounds up all his cattle and corrals them on his ranch I still feel that this is far from being over and I do sincerely hope that it does not roller coaster into a nightmare...

it does not bode well at all...

Yea, I think the Gov will at the least move aggressively forward with sueing him and crushing him finacially for illegal public land use without paperwork or paying the fee to the appropriate entity.  Mr. Bundy hasn't won by a longshot here and legally he's in the wrong.
Time is the fire in which we burn.

Looks like Green is the new Red..

BioDiversity is just a fancy term for "communist conformity".
While it may be legal, it is not respectable.

Underneath Senator Harry Reid's Clean-Energy Dirt: Career politician directly linked to over $3 billion in green energy stimulus loans

http://greencorruption.blogspot.com/2013/11/underneath-senator-harry-reids-clean.html

3 billion what a complete waste. And that is just the frosting
on Harry's tasteless dirt cake. He is notoriously corrupt.

Based on that performance, I'd say ole Cliven Bundys million
in fees is small change. At least he produces something
that people can sink thier teeth into.

;D

So...where's the beef?

True but now he is international news :D

Quoteand legally he's in the wrong.

Actually no he isn't. He is grandfathered in under the laws of the land BEFORE the BLM ever existed. That is why Arizona and Texas are watching this so closely as they still have lots of free range cattle. Bundy was the last one in Nevada... the rest all signed away their rights... Bundy never did though he was told those rights would not be transferable to his sons after his death  But he is only 62... so this can go on for a while yet :D

Too bad John took ill... he could have joined the fight over his mine. Harry Reid was directly involved in that one too as the mine claim papers were filed late by his office  AFTER John had been told everything was in order

lillyphant

I know this goes way deeper than free range cows........

Yet,  after seeing so many slaughterhouses and their tactics this alone makes me want to step up to this issue.

It isn't over,  and that "place in me" seems to know that the will of the flow of money will be heeded,  one way or another...........

And I feel a bit sick by it.

Just a kudo's for all at PRC.............this has been the most informative thread on the internet on this issue.

Glad to be able to have a look at the work you do to inform us~

The final logic in the BLM pullot maybe that Dirty Harry Reid probably
didn't want his name attached to one of the biggest civilian massacres
in U.S. history right before the elections this fall.

Well he is now  and China pulled out of the deal it looks like so maybe some good will come of it

He has been in office so long I think he thinks he owns Nevada

At the beginning he was great  a for the people kind of guy... but now even Johns wife wants him gone.

Sen. Harry Reid: Bundy Dispute 'Not Over'

Quote"We can't have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it's not over"

After remaining silent for days, Nevada Sen. Harry Reid made comments regarding the ongoing dispute between the Bureau of Land Management and rancher Cliven Bundy today, accusing the Bundy family of violating the law.

"Well, it's not over. We can't have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it's not over," Reid told News 4.

Despite telling the Bundy family that a deal had been reached Saturday after federal agents were forced to retreat, the BLM reversed its promise Monday and told reporters that they planned to go after Bundy "administratively and judicially."

"The door isn't closed. We'll figure out how to move forward with this," BLM spokesman Craig Leff said. "The BLM and National Park Service did not cut any deal and negotiate anything, there was no deal we made."

This is coming from Ben Swann and a radio interview today
with Sherrif Mack....its about 10 minutes in Video form.

Sources Inside The BLM and
Las Vegas Metro Say Feds Are Planning A Raid On Bundy Home

QuoteDespite major media reports that the Nevada Bureau of Land Management is retreating, the remaining activity that still surrounds the ranch illustrates a different scenario.

Not only is the BLM not actually backing off of Cliven Bundy, Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association has revealed stunning information: on Ben Swann's radio program, Mack said that he has received intelligence from multiple, credible sources inside the BLM and the Las Vegas Metro that there is "no question" that the federal government is planning a raid on the Bundy home and the homes of their children who live on the property.

According to Mack, the so-called retreat was nothing more than theatrics...

"I was just told by commissioner Collins of Clark County NV that all of us folks from Utah are a bunch of "inbred bastards" and if we are coming to Clark Cointy NV to support Cliven Bundy we all "better have funeral plans". We should "turn our asses around on mind our own f-ing business".

The comments were revealed by Darin Bushman, a Piute County, Utah, commissioner after he spoke with Collins about Utah ranchers and his colleagues on the County Commission complaining about tactics used by Bureau of Land Management agents during their seizure of Bundy's cattle in southern Nevada.

What a Bozo, and he should be court-martialed for his statements.

I went down the list of who has a dog in this fight and I don't understand what the police have in this.the sheriffs office I understand but not police cars I've seen in vids.
I also don't understand why the state troopers aren't there backing Bundy.
From a legal standpoint the troopers have the biggest investment to lose.state property rights for the public at large.

There will be a massive backlash from this whole issue.blm is in a lose lose situation.
The public will quit paying management fees as a group.
If they attack Bundy to set an example.then its full on civil war.the crowd in Arizona of supporters is but a spec compared to the legions setting on the sidelines waiting for the call to help the liberty cause.

Greetings Citizens of the World:

This is an extremely well-written analysis (as expected on breitbart.com) and offers up empiricle evidence as 'proof' why Bundy may be considered to be out-of-line, to say the least.

We are definitely on CB's side against an over-reaching, heavy-handed Federal Government.

The Saga of Bundy Ranch--Federal Power, Rule of Law and Averting Potential Bloodshed

by LOGAN CHURCHWELL AND BRANDON DARBY
12 April 2014

BUNKERVILLE, NEVADA—The Bundy Ranch roundup has understandably stirred thin-stretched emotions as the federal government seizes cattle belonging to the Bundy family.

The family settled in the late 1800's and has ranched in the area since.

The federal government allowed Nevada ranchers to graze their cattle on federal tracts of land adjacent to their private properties for generations.

The federal government later created the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to administer and "protect" the vast swaths of federal land—including the land the Bundy family's livelihood was—and still is—dependent upon.

The BLM began restricting ranchers' usage of federal lands to protect various species, and the BLM decided to restrict the Bundy family's usage of the federal land they historically grazed.

The federal government told the Bundy family that a tortoise existed on the land and therefore the land's usage for cattle would have to decrease—thus creating a scenario where the Bundy family could make fewer resources. A 20-year legal battle ensued.

There exist a number of elements to the story that inject shades of grey into the dominant media narrative. Perhaps hundreds of Bundy supporters have already shown up to the ranch area to "protect" the family and their land—which is federal land—but federal land such usage was promised to the family in the government's efforts to get people to settle the West after Mexico ceded the land to the U.S. Court documents—discussed later in this article—reveal that the Bundy family decided at some point that the federal government was illegitimate and that they no longer had to give heed to the federal courts.

The Bundy family patriarch has openly stated his willingness to use force against federal agents if they take his cattle off of the federal lands; the federal agents stand ready to use force against the family or their supporters if they interfere with the cattle removal.

Both sides are armed, both sides are frustrated, and the rhetoric and hyperbole surrounding the entire matter has left many onlookers from around the world confused as to what is actually happening.

In the immediate aftermath of the infamous cattle roundup, Cliven Bundy granted a number of high profile media interviews continuing to deny—to the point of absolutely ignoring family history—what the federal courts have twice told him.

"I believe this is a sovereign state of Nevada,"
Bundy recently told a radio reporter.
"...I abide by all of Nevada state laws.
But,
I don't recognize the United States Government as even existing."

A comment from a fellow patriotic American that is actually involved enough to check facts. Thank you, ijohnc1.

It is obvious this reporter has few facts on the reality of ownership for this tract of land.

This parcel is deeded to the county as school trust land, occupancy was the Bundy family long before the BLM was hatched out by congress, payments for grazing came along and the Bundy's paid the county.

Harry Reid came along with a plan to build along with the Chinese a solar field, then when the Bundy's didn't move along, it came time for a way to get them off the land.

Next came the Desert Tortoise as a tool to use as a means for dirty Harry to get the solar project started.

Meanwhile, too many Tortoises at the government-created habit for tortoises are over running their food supply, that they have to euthanize some of them to keep a balance vs. food supply.

Now there goes the endangered species theory, what will be next is they will have to rethink how to kill off a Bundy or two, as the minute man militia showed up to slow the process down, maybe not today but soon as dirty harry needs the money.

"Do not trust your government"...Thomas Jefferson

Speaking of checking facts:

The facts behind the Bundy ranch dispute - National Political Buzz | Examiner.com

Still checking that BLM figure of $1.1 million in back fees over 20 years.

QuoteThe dispute between Bundy and federal land managers began in 1993 when he stopped paying fees of about $1.35 per cow-calf pair to graze public lands that are also home to imperiled animals such as the Mojave Desert tortoise. The government also claims Bundy has ignored cancellation of his grazing leases and defied federal court orders to remove his cattle.

Let's do the math.   :P

$1.1 million divided by 20 = $55,000/ year
at $1.35 per cow-calf pair; that would equal
40,740 bovines per year on the 'rights' land -
yet Bundy runs a herd of less than a thousand.

URGENT: New developments in the Bundy Ranch standoff. DHS insider reveals the Federal retreat was complete Psyop to study opposition to crush rebellion in next assault.

Source: Canadian Free Press

All of our lives are going to change in a drastic way, if this is true... From Doug Hagmann

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved.

It is not.

It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public.

This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:

1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the "patriot resistance.

Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but "identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. "Mission accomplished."

2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;

3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;

4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.

This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response.

They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.

Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed.

Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House.

There is a reason for this -- a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date.

I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations.

Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back 'their land' as they must to fulfill international obligations.

It was never about grazing rights or anything other than (1) "securing clear title" to the land, and (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

A more detailed report will follow on Sunday, 13 April 2014, with additional and much more specific information about their inside plans and future operations.
